Phase One: Initial Consultation and Design Proposal
Our process begins with an initial design discussion to understand the scope of your project and your specific design needs. Based on your discussion, we will arrange a meeting at your property to assess the space and determine which of our local design packages—Full Service, Consulting, and Styling—best suits your needs. Following our consultation, we will craft a custom design proposal that outlines the projected design fees for your project.

Phase Two: Concept & Design Development
Once the letter of agreement is signed and the initial retainer is received, we move on to developing design concepts. In this phase, our designer will present three distinct concepts for each space, which may include drawings, layouts, schematic plans, materials, and furnishings, tailored to the specifics of your project. The client and designer will then collaborate to select and approve the final design concept before proceeding.

Phase Three: Budgeting and Procurement Planning
After selecting the preferred design plan, we will prepare a detailed budget for the project. This budget includes proposals for the procurement of products and bids from required subcontractors. Clients directly contract with the subcontractors, while we handle the procurement of all materials through our trusted vendor partners to ensure that every aspect of the design is realized as intended.

Phase Four: Construction and Execution
The final phase involves the construction and procurement of necessary elements. All construction materials are ordered and delivered to the job site, where our subcontractors commence their work. The designer regularly visits the job site to oversee the implementation of the design and coordinate with the contractor to ensure fidelity to the design plan. Concurrently, all furnishings are ordered to complete the transformation of your space.
